DESCRIPTION

A stunning view greets you as you step inside this elegant home which has been beautifully finished to an exceptional standard. Upstairs in the main house, you will find four bedrooms all of which offer a touch of luxury. There’s a super-king-size main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with separate walk in shower, twin sinks and WC. Two super-king-size bedrooms (one can be made into twin beds on request) plus a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower. There is a family shower room and a further separate bathroom.

There is a detached ‘Artists Studio’ barn conversion, where you will find a games room complete with pool/table tennis and darts, comfy chairs, bar/small kitchen, cloakroom and a private gym area. There is also a completely separate bedroom suite in the brick part of this lovely barn, it has it’s own front door for two guests with a super-king-size zip-and-link (that can be made into a twin) with a large bath and shower room en-suite, and a snug sitting room.  This is perfect for teenagers, or a couple who enjoy a little more space away from the rest of the group or who need their own private sitting room.

There are super views across the open fields and onto the Black Mountains and a private hot tub where you can enjoy catching up with everyone under the stars.

Listen to birdsong from the large patio area that’s set up for al fresco dining with a parasol and BBQ or relax on the hand carved tree swing. There is ample parking along with a covered outdoor store with secure rack for bikes.  The good sized meticulously maintained and wonderfully mature, well-stocked gardens surround the property.

MAIN BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE

A stunning room with dual aspect to South and West giving lovely views over the garden, fields and across our lake and up to the Black Mountains. It has a Super King Bed and a large en-suite with roll top bath, walk in huge shower, WC and twin vanity wash basins.

BEDROOM 2 – SUPER KING OR TWIN

An elegant bedroom which can be set up as either a Super King or a Twin room. It overlooks the front garden with a Westerly aspect. The bathroom is opposite.

BEDROOM 3 – SUPER KING

A sweet Super King bedroom with steps down to it from the landing. It has a dual aspect to the front. and side of the house. The shower room is very close to this room.

BEDROOM 4 – KING WITH ENSUITE

This is a corner bedroom with a dual aspect and a King bed. There is a compact en-suite with shower, vanity wash basin and WC.

BATHROOM

There is a spacious bathroom opposite Bedroom 2 with a large oval shape bath, wash basin and WC.

SHOWER ROOM

A large shower room with walk -in shower, wash basin and WC. It is close to Bedroom 3.

ARTIST STUDIO GAMES ROOM, GYM, BEDROOM 5 SUITE

There is a detached barn conversion within the grounds by the parking area.  It is made up of two parts, each being separately accessed.  In the brick part there is a special bedroom suite with a snug sitting room with sofa, TV and Bedroom 5 which can be Super King or Twin with an ensuite bath and shower room. The stairs are narrow up to the bedroom area.

In the wooden clad part is a large room with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, split into sections including: Table Tennis / Pool Table area, Relaxed seating area, Gym, Kitchen / Bar area plus a Cloakroom with WC, sink and tumble dryer.
