The cottage is surrounded by gardens and there is a private hot tub set to the side where you can enjoy catching up with everyone under the stars. A patio area is set up with table and chairs for dining with a large parasol and a BBQ. There is parking for several cars along with a covered store with secure rack for bikes.

MAIN BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE

Taking the whole of the upstairs is this lovely suite with a shaped vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, twin chairs, TV and a Super King Bed, there are two windows overlooking the front garden and a low door (MIND YOUR HEAD) into the en-suite shower room.

GROUND FLOOR WET ROOM

This serves both ground floor bedrooms, has a comfort height WC, walk in wet room styled shower and a separate bath.

BEDROOM 2 – SUPER KING (OR TWIN)

A charming ground floor bedroom with exposed beams, two windows over looking the front garden, a walk in wardrobe and a door directly into the Bath and Shower Wet Room. This rooms works best as a Super King but can be made into a twin upon request.

BEDROOM 3 – SUPER KING OR TWIN

A contemporary styled ground floor bedroom with large full length window and French doors to the side and rear garden. This room works well as a Super King and as it is a wide room can comfortably work as a twin room too.
