DOGS
Dogs are most welcome and are charged at £20 each per week or part week.
We give lots of information about walks from the door and beyond plus dog-friendly pubs. We sometimes have a field available for you to run your dog out in, but this isn’t always possible due to rotational grazing of our stock.

HOT TUB
Hot Tubs are provided at all properties and are checking daily. They do need careful use and guidance must be read and adhered to be every member of your group that wishes to use them.

FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN
If you would like to visit our lake and see the swans and ducks, please do arrange a time with us or ask if you want to borrow any garden games. Both The Lodge and Swinmoor House have tree swings.

There are books, board games, toys and DVD’s provided and useful items such as night lights, a step, travel cot, high chair, hand blender, cutlery, crockery etc.

We have a list of tried & tested local suppliers, so do try one of our recommended chefs / caterers, for a waiter served or a dropped off meal. We also can provide ideas and contacts for wine deliveries, spa at home, balloons, cakes, entertainment and more.

DURATIONS & WHOLE SITE BOOKINGS
A Week runs from:
Friday 4pm to Friday 10am
Short Breaks of 2-5 nights, weekend or mid week:
Check In 4pm and Check Out 10am

Longer breaks or different check in days may be possible, please enquire

1, 2 or 3 properties can be booked together accommodating up to 26 plus infants
